As of September 2025, Pingshan District has established six government service stations inside major industrial parks to provide one-stop, on-site services, further improving the local business environment.

The stations are located in Innovation Plaza, Hai Ke Xing Strategic Emerging Industrial Park, Shenzhen Biomedicine Innovations Industrial Park, Pingshan Urban Construction Investment Smart Park, Great Industrial Zone, and Maluan Gen Valley. They were created with a focus on large parks that host many enterprises and have broad influence.

Enterprises within the industrial parks or nearby can access services at staffed windows, through online guidance or consultation, or via integrated self-service terminals. The stations have consolidated services from 25 government departments and bureaus, covering 550 service items. Many common procedures — from company registration, permits, and business changes to industrial subsidies, talent services, social security, and medical insurance — can now be handled at the stations without prior appointment. Officials say the service catalog will be updated based on enterprise needs.

In addition, the stations also provide tailored support. Designated WeChat groups collect inquiries and feedback, on-demand visits bring services directly to companies, and policy briefings, along with one-on-one assistance, are offered during major policy rollouts and subsidy application periods to help firms understand and access available support.

A senior official from the Government Services and Data Management Bureau of Pingshan District said the district has staffed the stations with experienced personnel and modeled their operations on the district service center, offering processing, consultation, assisted handling, and proxy services to make procedures more convenient and efficient.

Local companies have welcomed the change. An executive at Shenzhen Biomedicine Innovations Industrial Park said a rental registration that previously required a trip to a subdistrict office can now be completed in minutes at the service station downstairs. An entrepreneur at Innovation Plaza noted that policy briefings at the station provided practical information that helped the company assess eligibility for incentives and prepare targeted applications.
